Due to the made to order nature of my shop, I do not accept returns or exchanges.

No, I only ship within the United States.

Most orders are shipped within 5-7 business days once received. 

During the Holiday season, shipping may take longer than usual and orders can't be guaranteed to arrive by Christmas.

No, frames are not included. 

You may purchase a matted print option for most of my prints. If you purchase a matted print, your print will arrive mounted in an acid-free white mat ready to be placed in a standard size frame. 

For example,

If you order a Matted 5x7in print, it will arrive matted to fit a standard 8x10 inch frame (frame not included)
